Tottenham cake was first made by a Quaker baker Henry Chalkley, in the 1800s Traditionally coloured with mulberries from the local Quaker Meeting House garden, in 'Norf Landan' and famously given free to local children in 1901, when Tottenham hotspurs won the FA Cup. We don't have a mulberry bush handy, so we use Organic blueberries, which are crushed for the juice, which gives the wonderful pink! No food colouring, all natural! It does mean the pink colour varies depending on the blueberries. Sutiable for Vegetarians, contains COCONUT,so not suitable for people with certain nut allergies. I was asked to make this Wedding Cake for a gorgeous couple! I've known the Bride since she was about 3 years old.
4 tiers of Vanilla Cake filled with Organic Raspberry and Organic Strawberry preserve and buttercream. Iced with buttercream and sugarpaste wraps. Also making all the sugar flowers by hand. The board was covered with a reflective vinyl, so in certain lights it glows at the base of the cake.

I was asked to make this Wedding Cake for a gorgeous couple! I've known the Bride since she was about 3 years old.
4 tiers of Vanilla Cake filled with Organic Raspberry and Organic Strawberry preserve and buttercream. Iced with buttercream and sugarpaste wraps. Also making all the sugar flowers by hand. The board was covered with a reflective vinyl, so in certain lights it glows at the base of the cake.
