Enjoy a blast from the past.
Whether it's Old School Cake, a Vanilla or Chocolate sponge, topped with thick icing and lots of sprinkles, so you just need to add some custard or enjoy it on its own.

Or Tottenham Cake, which used to be made by a Quaker in London, using Mulberries from the local cemetery, we use fresh Organic Blueberries & Lemon zest for the Colour & Flavour of the thick icing, which is liberally sprinkled with desiccated coconut (not suitable for people with nut allergies)

Lovely Sweet, Cornflake Tart. Cornflakes, with butter, syrup, on top of a layer of freshly made Organic Strawberry or Raspberry Jam and Pastry base. Serve with custard for real comfort food!
