These are not as sweet as a white chocolate blondie, the perfect combination with the crunchy flaked almonds sprinkled ontop of the swirled Cherry Conserve, but instead of a pastry base it is a blondie.

These will keep well for a week , if kept in an air tight container.
They are also excellent for freezing, wrap each square in greaseproof and put in a freezer proof bag or container and take each square out and defrost as room temperature,
