Order - despatch times

Sunday and Mondays are not classified as WORKING days.

 Order by 6pm Tuesday- Dundee cake despatched the following Tuesday.

Order by 6pm Wednesday- Despatched   the following Tuesday

Order by 6pm Thursday - Despatched   the following Wednesday 

Order by 6pm Friday- Despatched   the following Thursday

Order by 3pm Saturday- Despatched the following   Friday

Order on Sunday- We are closed. The following  Tuesday is classified the order day - Despatched the following week Tuesday

Order by  4pm Monday- We are closed- Tuesday is classified as the order day - Despatched the following week Tuesday  

Please allow an  extra day before despatch . We are closed on Good Fridays and Bank Holiday Mondays

If you order on a Good Friday the Saturday will be classified as the order day   and due to Sunday, Bank holiday Monday,   your order will be despatched the following week Tuesday.

Due to the fact Dundee cakes contain Almonds, these are baked separately to other orders and take 4 hours to bake,  So are exempt from the usual 2 working day lead time.     

Despatch times are CLEARLY stated and the mandatory section in checkout says you have read and agreed to the despatch times. 

No refunds will be given if your order was despatched on the correct day and you were expecting your order sooner.
