Warm spicy Ginger cake- Matures with age, made with British Butter & Ginger Spice, fair trade sugars, this is such a warming treat, slices into 8-10 slices, depending on how generous you are, warm it up and have it with custard!!
As it matures the top gets stickier and the cake melts in your mouth! Wrap in greaseproof paper, in an airtight container, this will keep for atleast 10 days if kept in a cool dry place. Or it is perfect to freeze!
