The Jolliffe Cake Company has no control over delivery times, once despatched Via Royal mail Tracked 24, with Signature. Which state it is their 'aim' to deliver the following day.

Order by 5pm Saturday for Tuesday Despatch. 

Order by 4pm Sunday for Wednesday despatch

Order by 5pm Monday for Thursday despatch

Order by 6pm Tuesday for Thursday despatch

Order by 6pm Wednesday for Friday despatch

Order by 6pm Thursday for Tuesday Despatch

Order on Friday despatch day is Tuesday

 Please advise us of any known Allergies, when enquiring or ordering, by adding in 'add note' section the shopping cart.

Lardy cakes will be best eaten on arrival, but will keep perfectly for 5 days, you can just pop in the oven to warm up and wake up the bread, becareful of a very hot syrup pockets if warming up, microwave isnt advised due to syrup.

Cornflake Tart is best kept in the fridge or cool environment until required, warm in the microwave for a few secs, spoil yourself and serve with custard or icecream!!

Please note orders placed over bank holiday weekends are despatched on the following Thursday.

These are for Postal ONLY, Postage cost needs to be added to the order or your order WILL NOT be processed . There will be a £2.00 admin fee, due to costs incurred if Postage request is sent seperately

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO PEOPLE NOT READING PROPERLY, there is now an £8.00 admin fee if you order and choose local hand delivery, when CLEARLY you are aware the address is not within 11miles from RG5 3LZ. 

Any refund given, due to error in ordering postal and wanting local delivery or ordering and not paying postage, will only be refunded LESS the admin fee.  

Refunds will be given within 28days of order being placed.
