Made using fresh zest of Organic Orange, Muscovado sugar, a fragrant, heavier cake not a light sponge, topped with orange buttercream, slices into 8-10 slices, depending how generous you are at cutting!
Wrap in greaseproof paper, in an airtight container, this will keep for atleast 7 days if kept in a cool dry place. Or it is perfect to freeze!
