Our now famous 6ins Lardy Cake (Traditional or Vegetarian) freshly made in Traditional manner, using Lard or our Vegetarian version, all the stickiness but made using ingredients suitable for Vegetarians.
Berkshire Lardy cake is sticky, almost a toffee apple layer or sweet, syrupy, sugary delight! Not to be confused with the regional versions elsewhere in the UK.

Sent via Royal mail, at their cost, we don't add any extra, it works out more economical to order 2 to the same address, these are great to freeze! Warm them up in the oven to re awaken the sticky which sets when cold.
All items are made on the morning of despatch.
