Another blast from the past..Tottenham Cake by post- A vanilla cake, with added Organic lemon zest, topped with Pink glace' icing, which is naturally coloured and flavoured with Organic Blueberries and Organic Lemon Juice, then finished with a coating of DESICCATED COCONUT
Traditionally the icing used to be flavoured and coloured with freshly picked Mulberries from the Mulberry Tree.
