You asked, we answered! ..Tottenham Cake no coconut- Many have asked if we could make Tottenham cake without any desiccated coconut. So here you are! A vanilla cake, with added Organic lemon zest, topped with Pink glace' icing, which is naturally coloured and flavoured with Organic Blueberries and Organic Lemon Juice
Traditionally the icing used to be flavoured and coloured with freshly picked Mulberries from the Mulberry Tree. (Also available with coconut, see Tottenham Cake)
